We never sell your personal data, and we do not share it with data brokers.

7. International data transfers

Our servers and database are hosted in the European Union (Germany). However, some of the providers listed in section 6 — notably Google, Amazon Web Services and RevenueCat — are based in, or process data in, the United States.

Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, that transfer is protected by an appropriate safeguard recognised under GDPR — typically the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, and/or the provider's certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. You may request further information about these safeguards by contacting us.

10. Your rights

You have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

To exercise any of these rights, email support@daubrush.com. We will respond within 30 days. Exercising your rights is free of charge. We may ask you to confirm the email address or phone number registered to your account so that we can verify your identity.

11. Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account and personal data at any time.

In the App: Profile → Settings → Delete account — takes effect immediately.
Without the App: follow the instructions at daubrush.com/delete-account, or email support@daubrush.com.

Deletion removes your email address, phone number, username, profile picture, social login links, chat messages, friendships and gameplay data. Purchase records are retained in anonymised form only, as explained in section 8. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone; purchased coins and VIP status are forfeited and are not refunded.

12. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 years of age (or the higher minimum age that may apply in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. The App is not designed for children, contains ads, and offers in-app purchases.

If we become aware that we have collected data from a child below the applicable age without valid parental consent, we will delete that data promptly. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact support@daubrush.com and we will remove it.

13. Automated decision-making

We use automated checks to detect cheating, bot activity, abusive behaviour and fraudulent purchases. These checks may lead to a temporary or permanent restriction of your account. We do not use automated processing that produces legal effects concerning you in the sense of GDPR Article 22, and you always have the right to contact us and have a human review any restriction applied to your account by writing to support@daubrush.com.

14. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time — for example, if we add a new feature or change a service provider. The “Effective date” at the top of this page always shows the current version. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify you in the App and/or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Policy.

15. Contact and complaints

For any question, request or complaint about privacy, contact:

StrongUnion Games
Email: support@daubrush.com

If you are in the European Economic Area and you believe we have not handled your personal data lawfully, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection supervisory authority. A list of EEA authorities is available at edpb.europa.eu. We would, however, appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns first.
