You can permanently delete your Daubrush Loto account and the personal data associated with it at any time, free of charge. There are two ways to do this — choose whichever suits you.
This is the fastest way. If you still have the app installed and can sign in:
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out. No further action is needed.
Use this if you have already uninstalled the app, cannot sign in, or simply prefer to ask us.

We will verify your identity, delete your account, and send you a written confirmation. This is completed within 30 days of receiving your request, and usually much sooner.
When your account is deleted, the following personal data is permanently erased from our systems:

We are legally required to keep records of financial transactions for accounting and tax purposes. Therefore, records of any in-app purchases you made are retained in anonymised form for up to 7 years.
“Anonymised” means the record no longer contains your name, email, phone number or any identifier that links it back to you — only the fact that a transaction occurred, its amount and its date. It cannot be used to identify you.
Encrypted database backups are kept on a rolling 7-day cycle. Your deleted data disappears from those backups within 7 days of deletion.
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. We cannot restore a deleted account, even if you change your mind.

If you only want a break from the game, you can simply uninstall the app instead — your account will remain intact and you can return at any time.
Deleting your account does not trigger a refund. All purchases are processed by Google Play, so any refund request must be made through Google Play, under Google's refund policy. We cannot issue refunds directly.
Deletion (the “right to erasure”) is one of several rights you have. You may also request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, a copy of your data in a portable format, or restriction of processing. To exercise any of these, email support@daubrush.com.
